The hotel is conveniently located near a vibrant part of the city and close to essential amenities. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, but there were some issues with room maintenance and cleanliness that affected the overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room amenities were great, but the room quality itself was disappointing compared to other aspects of the facility. The location was convenient and near essential services, which prompted me to extend my stay, but the Wi-Fi was a bit bothersome. The dining options were satisfactory with minor room for improvement, but the service was lackluster and unaccommodating.
The hotel is situated close to Al Rigga metro station with many shops and restaurants nearby, but the rooms are a bit old and there is a noisy nightclub onsite. The service is very hospitable, especially from workers like Rahel, Margaret, and Cherry, although not all staff members are accommodating. The location is convenient, near to the airport and the metro station, but the area of Al-Rigga may not be appealing to everyone. The dining experience offers good food for the price paid, but there are issues with cleanliness and buffet availability.
